Dear Sir.
According to the trail mail, your unit has to be repatriated very soon. Awaiting instructions or orders from your chain of command, I have been directed by my SSO to liaise with you in respect of this movement. Next day, you will receive an introduction letter giving details for your preparation and deadlines. The issue of COE is the most important and difficult in such case. In view to perform this movement smoothly and on time, we need to start the process now.
Regards.
